This allows the nursing team to better prepare for the care. For the patient, it was just 1 click; all the rest of the information was entered by AI.

Requests from other patients also arrive with context, helping care teams to better prepare and work on prioritizing care.

Even simple requests, such as help going to the bathroom, can be analyzed by the solution before being sent. What is the history of the last requests for help, is there any anomaly in this frequency, and what is the probability of there being a health problem related to frequent trips to the bathroom in a short period of time?

When a patient negatively evaluates an area or service of the hospital, an alert is generated for the ombudsman, but always accompanied by the patient's entire historical context, already pointing out negative evaluations given in the past.

The use of AI-added context also speeds up communication between healthcare professionals. Requests for diet approval, zero diet reports, and other communications can be completed in seconds and are fully digitized. Some of the data is suggested or even filled in automatically with the help of analysis from other databases or the patient's own medical records, saving professionals' already scarce time.
